Delete your BundleHood account
You can delete your account yourself at any time, in the app or on the website. If you can't sign in, ask us below and we'll do it for you.
Delete it yourself
- Log in to BundleHood, in the app or on the website.
- Open the Account tab and tap Delete my account.
- Type DELETE in the box (and your password, if you set one), then tap Delete my account.
Want a copy first? Tap Export my data in the same place to save what we have about you as a file. We'll email you when the deletion is done.
Log in to delete my accountWhat we erase
- Your account: your name, email address and phone number
- Your addresses and their property passports
- Your jobs' photos and messages
- Your DIY plans and quote checks
- Your saved cards
- Your notifications
- Your support chat and our office's notes about you
- Your photo files, removed from our storage too
- A membership or plan is canceled first, so nothing is charged after this.
- A job that is booked is canceled, and one you have paid for is refunded.
- Your cards are removed at our card processor (Stripe) too.
- You'll be logged out of every phone and computer.
- If you signed in with Apple, Apple is told, and BundleHood leaves your Apple ID.
- Your email address and phone number are free to sign up again.
What we keep, and for how long
- The amounts and dates of work you paid for, with any refunds
- Membership and plan payments already made
- Deal deposits and gift card money already spent
- A bill you have not paid, until it is settled
- That you accepted our terms, and when
- Our security log of what happened to the account and when, without the details or your device
Receipts for paid work are kept for our books without your name, as the law requires. None of these records holds your name, email, phone number or address: each one now reads "Deleted user".
Everything on the erased list goes the moment you confirm. There is no waiting period, and it cannot be undone. The records we keep stay in our books for our accounting and taxes.

No password? You don't need one: on the log-in page, choose to sign in with a one-time code we email you. Forgot which email? The log-in page finds it from your phone number.
Still stuck? Tell us the email address on the account. We'll write to it to make sure the request is yours, then delete the account the same way the app does.
Or email support@bundlehood.com from the address on the account.
